Our 2022: how we dealt with it and our goals for the new year

2022 was a complex year: a year of apparent return to “normalcy” after the pandemic, but also twelve months that put even more pressure on Italian companies, hit by the commodities crisis and rising energy prices.

Despite this, we decided to roll up our sleeves as usual and continued to do what we do best: take care of our customers, devoting time and energy to shaping with them projects to optimize production, drastically reduce the waste of resources and improve the finished product.

All this has been made possible by internal reorganization, both of work cycles and job descriptions, which has led us to focus increasingly on the people who are part of GBZ, devoting the right amount of time to understanding how to best employ the potential of each person.

This has been fostered by a more flexible approach, geared toward breaking out of the confines of a job description and approaching new activities, and has found concrete expression in participation in ad hoc training courses.

Training that for us is one of the cornerstones of our company, around which revolves the possibility of growing more and more both as an organization and as the individual professionals who compose it.

Also in 2023, training courses will continue, both for those who are already part of GBZ and for those who will join our team: in fact, we are about to include some junior profiles, who will have the opportunity to put their predisposition towards machining to good use and increase their skills day by day.

For the coming year, we are confident that our new organization, the investments made and the innovative spirit that has always distinguished us will continue to bring excellent results: we are ready for new challenges, certain that the know-how we have built in recent years will lead us to respond better and better to the needs of our customers.
