An innovative GBZ project: the adjustable lathe stop

For our company, researching solutions to optimize the production process is a priority, so as to be able to provide customers with a service that meets the required quality standards in terms of both the finished part and production performance.

This allows us to be a point of reference not only for the production of components to design, but also for innovations in our sector: our experience and technical skills allow us to design applications and tools that optimize the production process, thus saving time and resources.

It is with this spirit of innovation that we designed and then manufactured an adjustable lathe stop, interchangeable on different machines and with high performance.

This is a tool that assists the operator both as a support inside the lathe barrel and as a bar passage reduction tube, to prevent excessive movement by the workpiece and limit the risk of eccentricity of machining, poor roundness of diameters, co-axiality problems and in the long-term flickering caused by centripetal force.
