A new purchase for GBZ: the 5-axis machining center Rema Control

Our new 5-axis machining center is capable of machining mechanical components, increasing the measuring range of machinable parts.

The purchase of the system allows us to expand the range of services offered, combining our already appreciated offer with a system able to carry out machining operations in reduced times and work cycles, which translates into increased production performance.

The concept of automation, associated with the 5-axis machining center, is particularly useful when it is necessary to manage production batches of large dimensions (from 1 m. linear to 2.6 m.): in these circumstances, eliminating interruptions due to different machine set-ups, makes it possible to considerably reduce machine downtime and achieve the highest level of productivity.
