Constantly evolving machinery feet: the new Spinner U5/1530 5-axis machining center

A new machine for our company, which continues to expand its machinery fleet in order to increase the range of services offered along with efficiency and effectiveness.

The Spinner U5/1530 Advanced 5-axis machining centre is equipped as follows:

• strokes: X=1530 MM Y=530 MM Z=465 MM with linear guides in all 3 axes
• swing/tilt-table d= 650 mm integrated in the machine bed
• additional fixed table on the left in the working area
• high-precision milling spindle up to 12,000 rpm / 22 kW / 120 Nm
• 70 bar high-pressure tank
• tool magazine with 54 stations
• Heidenhain TNC 640 numerical control

It can be used very flexibly for 3-, 4- and 5-axis applications, with the latest machine and drive control systems and a variety of automation solutions.
