One year ago GBZ embarked on a path of evolution and digitalization with Becom, to optimize the management of processes and shape an important renewal of the company, a real revolution to increase competitiveness and exploit the potential of a company where tradition and innovation come together.<\/em><\/p>\n

The first step towards a new GBZ was the generational shift from the line dictated by the founder of the company towards a new entrepreneurial vision<\/strong> oriented towards technological innovation and organizational development.<\/p>\n

Through the analysis of all business flows have been identified areas that needed an optimization of processes<\/strong> that led to the implementation of a management information system<\/strong> and a reorganization of individual procedures to ensure maximum operational efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During this year, the paradigm shift has allowed the owner Roberta Gelmi to lighten the burden of purely operational issues to focus on her role as an entrepreneur<\/strong>, defining the evolution line she wants for her company and integrating new resources, both in terms of staff and in terms of new machinery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Important investments that have resulted in the achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification<\/strong> and the opening of a new division in Brescia<\/strong>, which has simplified many logistical operations and represents a great advantage in terms of economics and environmental impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The reorganization path undertaken by the company has highlighted the need for new staff who wish to join the GBZ family and bring added value<\/strong> with their skills to a fast-growing reality.<\/p>\n

GBZ has opened the selections for millers and turners<\/strong> with previous experience and excellent programming and tooling skills on board the machine, open to innovation and willing to give a concrete contribution to the evolution of the company.<\/p>\n

Professionals who will be integrated into our organization with a structured growth plan<\/strong>, which aims to acquire new skills and strengthen those already present in a dynamic and challenging environment.<\/p>\n
